ABOUT US
We practice yoga to alter our psychology by reorganizing our physiology. Yoga engages our body in a physical debate between forms that are personal, habitual, and largely unconscious, and forms that are archetypal, measured, and conscious. By reforming our body’s unconscious habits and introducing more informed and efficient patterns, yoga becomes origami for the body.
OUR YOGA COURSES
We encourage you to try different styles and switch within our classes. At MeMeYoga&Me in Berlin we offer different styles. 7 days a week. We have Asthanga, Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga courses.
New to Yoga
We start with Acceptance, Release Expectations, Understand the Core of Yoga, Notice Your Breathing, Get Comfortable in Stillness.
YIN
The practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels.
Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next, Ashtanga yoga used with Vinyasa.
Prana Flow Yoga
Prana Flow Yoga is a liberating, evolutionary and rhythmic flow class that encompasses chanting, and breathing control.
